The State of RLI Tool is a new digital platform developed by RIN to centralize, visualize, and scale this global movement. Designed for investors as well as enterprises, policy makers, and other ecosystem actors, it offers an interactive repository of deals, investors, and investment vehicles across regions and sectors. The platform addresses a critical market gap: the lack of reliable data and visibility into RLI activity. Relevant deals are underreported, and active investors are difficult to identify, limiting engagement from both investors and entrepreneurs The State of RLI Tool thus transforms scattered information into actionable intelligence, allowing users to explore investment case studies, map capital flows, filter by region, type of investment, and other relevant insights.
Importantly, the State of RLI is an interactive tool that invites RLI stakeholders to contribute data through a submission interface, ensuring it remains current and community-driven. In this way, the Tool functions as both a knowledge platform and a collaborative infrastructure, helping seed transparency, benchmark progress, and catalyze new investment. To that end, RIN calls on its partners and all RLI stakeholders to:
- Use the Tool to identify co-investors, de-risk strategies, and new investment practices;
- Engage in field-building by supporting technical assistance and local ecosystem development;
- Support future updates through data partnerships or strategic co-financing, enabling more robust monitoring and storytelling
