Elena Sapelyuk is an Associate with the East Africa Team at the Refugee Investment Network. Having worked on refugee policy and research through placements with the Refugee Led Research Hub at Oxford and major INGOs such as the International Rescue Committee and HIAS, she is interested in working towards sustainable solutions for forced displacement.  She holds a B.S.F.S. in International Politics from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and a certificate in Refugee Studies from the Pathways Program at Oxford University.
